Wellness is the state of good physical, mental, and emotional health. It includes maintaining a balanced diet, engaging in regular physical activity, managing stress effectively, having positive relationships, and caring for overall well-being. It involves a holistic approach to health and focuses on achieving optimal functioning in all aspects of life. 

Putting Wellness into Practice

There are several ways to put wellness into practice. Here are some suggestions:

 

1. Implement a well-balanced diet:

Focus on consuming nutritious foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Limit processed foods, sugary drinks, and excessive salt or sugar intake. 

2. Engage in regular physical activity:

Incorporate exercise into your daily routine. It can be as simple as walking, jogging, biking, or participating in group fitness classes. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity per week, along with strength training exercises.

3. Prioritize sleep:
